Destress Massage & Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that helps to ease and clear stagnant or blocked energy. It is known to have helped heal physical  ailments, promote good sleep, ease stress and anxiety, restore you to a state of balance and much more.

Reiki 

Once a month I will be holding a restorative seasonal meditation class in St Erconwalds church hall.
Each month we work with the season to balance and restore the mind, body and spirit.
You will be guided through gentle movement, mudra meditation, self massage routine, breathing techniques and a relaxing meditation to help balance the chakra relating to the season.
We will use oracle cards during a break to help us think about life’s situations.
