Paraffin wax is applied to the back, then a leg massage is carried out followed by back massage.

An application of relaxing warm paraffin wax is applied to your back, neck and shoulders to create a thick layer, which is then sealed securely in plastic.  A leg massage will then be carried out. This process retains the heat from the paraffin wax to ensuring your body receives the benefits from this indulgent treatment. After this time the paraffin wax can then be removed from your back in one solid piece, and the treatment is completed with a 25 min back massage. Your skin will feel soft and silky smooth, and the heat will allow for a deeper and more beneficial massage.

It acts like a form of heat therapy and can help increase blood flow, relax muscles, and decrease joint stiffness. Paraffin wax can also minimize muscle spasms and inflammation.
