Very relaxing experience, I have a wrist injury and need to used heat therapy. I didn’t catch the guys name that checked me in. But he was very helpful explaining the correct sauna and light to use. 



Would love to see a longer time slot afforded to contrast sessions. Common practice is 3x3 (20min x 2mins)
