The best lymphatic drainage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend 

Manual lymphatic drainage is powerful cleansing and relaxing pain relief effects on the body. It can be a gentle and rhythmical flowing massage which can help many different ailments. The main focus in manual lymphatic drainage is to improve functioning of the lymphatic vessels and circulation around the whole body and to remove metabolic wastes, toxins, excess water, bacteria and excess protein. This treatment enhances the immune system and relaxes the sympathetic nervous system and you! Manual lymphatic drainage can be a central part of a detoxification process, whilst increasing oxygenation of your body cells as well as supporting your immune system. Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment

Within Thai Traditional Massage, you are expected to keep your comfortable clothes on as you will be doing stretching and massage at the same time. The therapist can use different moves such as stretching, pulling and rocking techniques to encourage whole-body blood circulation and energy flow.

Thai Traditional Massage

Thai reflexology- or Thai foot massage- is a combination of compression, acupressure, and passive stretching, which all improve the range of motion of the feet, up to the lower legs and knees. This is achieved by stimulating specific energy points of the feet to release blocked energy throughout the body. All of the pressure points of the foot can affect the internal organs of the body. Thai Reflexology can improve blood circulation, reduce stress building up, strengthen the immune system and detoxify. It can help with migraines, back issues, arthritis, gout, kidney & digestive problems, severe pain issues, plantar fasciitis etc. 

Reflexology

Hot Stone Therapy is a type of massage where the masseuse places smooth, hot stones on the back of your body as you lie face down relaxing. The thermal stones emit heat to your muscles, which helps reduce discomfort, knots or pain. Hot stones are usually black basalt, volcanic rock that is usually high in iron, which allows them to absorb heat well. These hot black stones are placed  where they are needed and can be used as a tool to massage areas by sliding effleurage. For example, if you have lower back pain, the therapist can place the hot stones along your spine and back muscles. Other relaxation spots for varying sized hot stones are the abdomen, chest, face, feet, palms of your hand and smaller stones even on your forehead. ​

Relaxing Aromatherapy uses plant essential oils for therapeutic purposes. During an aromatherapy massage, fragrant essential oils are applied to skin, often using a carrier oil such as sweet almond, grapeseed, lemongrass or jojoba. Each oil or cream has its special therapeutic property. The Aramagen Holistic Clinic treatment will be a full-body massage which helps you relax completely. You will keep your underwear and modesty and extra towels can be added to maintain a warm, relaxing comforting environment. Aromatherapy can calm your senses, and lessen hyperalertness or hyperstartle. 
Aromatherapy can be a relaxing and replenishing experience that helps the body physically and mentally to reduce joint discomfort, stiffness in your neck and shoulders, improves circulation, digestion and can improve your sleep.​ We will provide the aromatherapy essential oils to suit your mood and what your body needs. 

Relaxing Aromatherapy Massage

Indian Head Massage comes from an ancient healing system called Ayurveda treatments from India over 2600 years ago. It focused on massaging acupressure points around your neck, head and down to your shoulders. The therapist can use gentle circular motions of massage around your head, neck and shoulders to relax, encourage circulation and improve your skin and scalp too.
Because you can either lie down or sit down, you do not need to remove your clothing when we are not applying oils or creams or equipment to make it effective, so Indian Head massage can be useful for anyone a bit nervous about trying massage for the first time! If the therapist does use oils or creams, you can easily remove your top to apply to your back, neck, head and shoulders. It can help alleviate stress-related conditions such as migraines which may have orginated from repetitive activities, work stressors & posture issues. Aramagen Holistic Clinic's environment

Pregancy massage is carried out by our specially trained therapist to safely take care of you and your baby whilst alleviating some of the discomforts of pregnant ladies. At Aramagen Holistic Clinic, we know you may be experiencing some of the following symptoms, so here are some examples of what pregnancy massage can help with: muscle cramps, lower back pain, abdominal muscle pain, joint pain, neck, hips & leg pain. Your Aramagen Holistic therapist will use a mixture of relation massage techniques and deep tissue manipulation (movements) aimed to lessen those pregnancy aches and pains related to the changes within you amazing body and to support your flexibility and physical and mental health with more readiness for labour. Pregnancy massage can also help with your circulation and lymphatic system. The therapist will take very good care to massage in specific areas of discomfort in a safe way to help you and your baby to relax. 

Pregnancy Massage

Warm Bamboo Therapy uses rolling movement and heated bamboo stick to deeply massage the muscles and can be used for deep tissue or relaxation. It can help improve mobility, exfoliate skin, reduce cellulite around buttocks, waist and thighs. Warm bamboo movement can follow the muscles and lymphs to encourage blood circulation and cell repair.
