I'm fully accredited and hold a BA (hons) in counselling and psychotherapy. I am currently completing a HDip in adolescent counselling and psychotherapy. I specialise in areas of anxiety, depression, and adolescents. I work collaboratively with clients using various models including CBT, psychodynamic & attachment.
