Deep tissue body massage

45 minute sports massage with 15 minute consultation.

Focusing on one area of concern. Area of concern may be an injury or ongoing dysfunction. If you are suffering with a specific issue or injury, this is the treatment for you. 

 Included with the sports massage treatment are any relevant stretches and activation techniques with aftercare advice and appropriate special testing.

A postural assessment with be performed to identify asymmetry or possible dysfunction to tailor the treatment to your individual needs.

A deep massage focusing on the hamstrings, calves, quads, glutes and piriformis. Plantar fasciitis can be relieved. Massage and stretches will also assist to increase the range of motion and decrease muscle cramps and fatigue.
