The discovery call, held via zoom, is a free of charge call which enables me to learn a little bit about you. I can tell you a little bit more about coaching and what to expect from coaching calls. It is an informal conversation, you are then able to go away and decide whether to go ahead with coaching. If I think for any reason that coaching is not right for you, I can signpost you to other professionals that may be able to help you.

FREE 15-30 MINUTE DISCOVERY CALL 

People often question whether it would be possible for them to change their relationship with alcohol, to take a break or to stop drinking completely.

Whatever your goal is (and it is ok if that goal changes throughout the coaching sessions or if you are unsure of what that is when we start ) we can explore the best way for you to move forwards. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, every client is different and we work with where you are currently, and forge forward from there. 

This 6 week programme includes a deep-dive into your current relationship with alcohol, we explore your personal triggers and cravings and I provide you with tools for overcoming these, we discuss your ambivalence around alcohol (which is essential work if you want to make lasting changes to your drinking), and we look at making any necessary shifts to your life as a whole, to ensure that you are living a life that you don't feel the need to use alcohol to escape from.



6 x 60 Minute 1-1 Coaching Calls

This 12 week programme combines alcohol-free coaching and mentoring followed by the transformational gift of rediscovery work. The sessions include a deep-dive into your current relationship with alcohol, we explore your personal triggers and cravings and I provide you with tools for overcoming these, we discuss your ambivalence around alcohol (which is essential work if you want to make lasting changes to your drinking).

We then look at your life as a whole and how you can move into a place in which you are flourishing. We discover your daily non-negotiables and your bigger dreams, and put plans in place for making these happens. We find out what your values are and whether you are living in alignment with them. We explore what brings you joy, and ensure that this is part of your day-to-day life. 

This work supports us in creating lives that we don't want to escape from and enables to feel that we are truly flourishing, and therefore not needing to use alcohol to check out. 

12 x 60 Minute 1-1 Coaching Calls

During this session (held via zoom) we will explore where you are currently in relation to alcohol, why you drink in the way that you do, what changes you would like to make, what is keeping you stuck and what your stumbling blocks are.

By the end of the session we will have uncovered all of your options, around how you can move forward, and will finish the session with a plan, to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.
 
These sessions can be transformational, in giving yourself the clarity and confidence to move forward, however that looks for you. 

The sessions can also be used, for anyone struggling with ambivalence around alcohol. This is essential work for anyone looking to permanently change their relationship with alcohol. 

90 Minute - 1-1 - Grey Area Drinking Deep-Dive

Do you have one single area of your life, that you would like to explore in a coaching session?

A 90-minute, deep-dive coaching call (held via zoom) allows you bring to the session an area of your life where you may be feeling stuck. You may want to make changes or may be facing obstacles, meaning you are unsure of a way forward.

The session will be a structured call, which will allow you to gain clarity on what may be holding you back. It will reveal what you want your outcome(s) to be and what your possible options are. We finish the session with a plan, to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. 

These sessions can be transformational, gifting yourself the opportunity to be heard, and to find the clarity which will enable you to move forward. 

90 Minute - 1-1 -Deep-Dive Coaching Call

The Wheel of Life exercise (held via zoom) is a gorgeous session which enables you to look at your life from a bird’s eye view, and evaluate what is working in your life and what isn’t. We explore the things you do in your life because you should, because you must and because you want to, and discuss whether there are changes that need to be made around your should's/ have to’s. .We then look at your big dreams, and how these dreams can become part of your day-to-day living. The session then finishes with working out your golden goals, the things that are of the highest importance to you. You will be sent a workbook prior to the session, so that you can keep a record of all that you have learned, to enable you to refer back, reflect on your findings, and re-do the workshop independently in future, should you wish.

90 Minute, 1-1 Wheel of Life Deep-Dive

Values work can be transformational, as it allows you to explore what your values are, and whether you are living in alignment with them. If we find we aren’t living in alignment with our values, this can impact our overall happiness, our ability to be authentic, and to flourish as an individual. Showing up in our life authentically, can create a huge shift in terms of overall wellbeing. We will first identify your 5 core values (with guidance and support), and go through a method of listing them in order of importance, from 1-5. We will then look at your day-to-day life to see if you are living in alignment with these core values, and set goals to get you closer to living as your authentic self. You will be sent a workbook prior to the session, so that you can keep a record of all that you have learned, to enable you to refer back, and reflect on your findings, and re-do the workshop independently in future, should you wish.
