One on one stretching is a stretching technique that allows for the client to be taught different stretches while being pushed deeper into the stretches. Client will be able to walk away with knowledge of different stretches that they too can perform on their own outside of coaching session(s). 

One on One 

Decompress is a 30 minute assisted stretch starting with a warm up to relax the back, open the hips, introduce the calves and hamstrings to a light stretch. The 30 minute stretch will consist of one of the following; only lower body stretches, only upper body stretches, a mixture of lower and upper body stretches. The back will always be stretched. 

Lower Body: IT band, TFL, Glutes (back pocket), External Hip Rotators, Piriformis (deeper back pocket), Adductors (inner thighs), Gracilis (groin area), Hip opener (groin area, Deep Hip Rotators, Calves (lower and upper) Hamstring (3 parts) Quads, and Hip flexors. 

Upper Body: Pec major, Pec minor, External shoulder rotator cuff, Inter shoulder rotator cuff, Biceps, Brachio (forearm/elbow), Wrist extensors, Wrist flexors, Neck, Post deltoids, Triceps, Chest 

Back: Upper to mid back, mid to lower back, Lats, Lower back

Rest Your Eyes  is a 60 minute assisted stretch starting with a warm up to relax the back, open the hips, introduce the calves and hamstrings to a light stretch. The 60 minute stretch will consist of lower body stretches and upper body stretches.
