I’m Adam, a LGBTQ+ personal trainer in Manchester who’s passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and proud of their progress. 

I create a supportive space where everyone, especially LGBTQ+ clients, can thrive. Sessions take place at Manchester Aquatics Centre or other Better leisure centres across Manchester. We have access to 150+ machines, free weights, and functional zones. The consultation process allows us to start engaging with your goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you might be facing. It’s a relaxed space to talk about what you’re looking for, ask questions, and see how personal training can support you moving forward.

To protect everyone’s time, a small deposit is required when booking. This will either be refunded or taken off the cost of your first session.

If you don’t wish to pay the deposit, then please contact me directly to arrange your consultation 

Please note, if you do decide to go ahead with personal training membership will be required for the gym or a day pass to be paid each visit
