Massage with purpose of locating  source of pain and alleviating it long term. Massage will start with applied kinesiology assessment of posture, movement, and muscle function. Muscle testing allows your therapist will communicate with your body.  Massage  may incorporate acupressure, lymphatic massage,  trigger point and fascia release. Homework exercises will be provided.  90 minutes minimum recommended.  A series of sessions is typically needed to address all areas of compensation that developed.  

Kinesiology Massage | Fascia Therapy
