Deep tissue massage helps to ease muscle tension to promote circulation, mobility, and healing. It combines techniques such as swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy to relieve pain, improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing. Medical massage is often used to treat conditions like chronic pain, muscle injuries, stress, and post-surgery recovery.
