She was incredibly attentive throughout the treatment, constantly making sure I was comfortable and explaining each step of the facial. Elle also took the time to talk me through my skin, offering really helpful and informative advice tailored to my concerns. I left feeling relaxed and well looked after. I had a wonderful facial experience! My skin felt cleansed, hydrated, and my acne was noticeably less inflamed afterward. The treatment was relaxing, and Elle was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in London.
