For clients who prefer more time to slow down, reflect, or explore in greater depth. 

30-Minute Extension (Session add-on)

Begin or end your session with a grounded guided practice that helps you feel centered and present. This supportive enhancement is seamlessly transitioned into your main session, encouraging balance and mindful awareness to ground yourself before or after therapy.

Informed by Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction framework. 

Guided Mindfulness (30 min, add-on)

Experience supportive, real-time meal guidance with a therapist during your chosen meal. Receive grounding presence and gentle encouragement, ideal for those facing eating challenges. 

This service is ED-informed and follows Mindful Self-Compassion guidelines for a nurturing, mindful approach.
