Relaxed and refreshed. No longer need painkillers for muscle pain. Nina can spot a problem before it becomes a real issue. My mobility is better, more able to do harder exercise and she's always able to give advice and answer questions . Fabulous.

Amazing care and treatment given by Nina who is a lovely lady. She can target specific areas and painful problems or do a complete body massage to balance your muscles for wellbeing. Definitely worth continuing with after care appointments for maintenance so you don't end up with the problem returning.

Great effective treatment on my painful ankle and calf. Relieved the pain immensely and hopefully cramp too.
