During your initial appointment, you will connect with Lyra, who will assess your unique needs and create a personalized plan for you. Please book two sessions approx one week apart if you are new or it is a new issue. Additional sessions may be arranged if needed based on your individual requirements and experiences. There are discounted packages for more than two sessions if needed. This can be found in membership section.

Hypnotherapy

Sometimes hypnotherapy, & specialist consultation can take place in the same day. Please speak to me first if this is what you’d like to do. 

Hypnotherapy (2 hrs) by agreement with me.

There could be occasions when you may just feel a need for an hour with me as a one off, or over just two or three sessions or more.  If you have done the package with me in the last year and feel you could do with a follow up, the session will be discounted for you & this would have been discussed at the end of your package. For those of you considering paying as you go, I would suggest you look at the package as it offers a lot more for the price depending on what you want & how many sessions you need, as well as the fact that you would be making a commitment to your self growth, bringing more value to YOU and getting all the added bonuses included, & so It is fantastic value. In this session I assist you to connect to your highest aspect and superconsciousness. This is where we scan your body, you can ask questions, and where we can delve deeper into the layers. Please only book this after a short consultation, call or email with me first. Often this work will arise & be part of the 3 hr PLR, especially if you ask for it, but if further sessions of this are needed, or this is required as a stand alone, this is the one to book.
