What a lovely human Lucy is. She really took time to understand my hair what had been done what previously and what I would like. As a woman of that age when Mother Nature is taking control having your hair taken out of your hands I felt absolutely at easy which her thoughts and suggestions looking forward to my next appointment for the next part.. thank you so much
