As this was Hugo's first groom I was so nervous about how he would cope, but as soon as I arrived we were greeted with friendly faces and total reassurance that Hugo was in good hands, but after only half an hour I had a message to say he was absolutely fine which immediately put my mind at rest. I then had a message later to say hes been such an angel to groom I would like to thank Lauren and the team for making this an wonderful first groom and from booking the appointment to collecting Hugo it was without a doubt amazing 👏 he looks like a puppy again 😀
