I enjoy coming to Joseph! Not only does my body feel 10x lighter afterwards, but I leave feeling lighter in spirit as well. Plus he gives me tips and tricks on how relieve back pains at home. I’ll be back!

Best massage therapy I have ever received. Joseph helped me relieve my shoulder pain through myofascial and trigger point techniques. I experienced what was called “good pain”. The entire session was truly tailored to my needs. Strongly recommend give it a try if you need any muscle relaxation therapy.

My second time to come to see Joseph. The experience is even more better than the first time. He has remembered my plantar fasciitis problem and noticed my whole body muscle is very tense because of my stress. After 90 minutes massage, I feel I am finally back to a normal me.
