Beyond my role as a Stretch Therapist, I am a qualified Sports & Manipulation Therapist and a Tai Chi & Mindfulness Teacher. A former amateur boxer, I have extensive Health & Fitness experience as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. As a Philosophy graduate, I also maintain a deep interest in Psychology, specifically regarding the impact of emotional trauma.
