I really wanted to love my experience, but it wasn't what I expected. I felt pressured to upgrade to a Russian manicure before and during my appt, including being told my nails were too thin and that if they broke, the salon wouldn't be responsible (I've never had this issue before). The pedicure setup (no disposable liner) made me question the hygiene. I asked for a slight trim, but my long nails were cut much shorter than requested. Staff were polite, but I didn't feel the service justified the price (US$133 for an ok solid-colored gel manicure with two nail repairs and a regular pedicure)
