Was asked if it was my first time at W+B, I said it was and was then shown the different areas. I got sat down in the tea area and waited, I was shown the sauna room and then left to it. For the price I was paying I would've thought I would at least get a run through of the room, known to bring my USB-C dongle to plug my phone in and a '10-minute' heads up to when my time was almost up. The actual experience of the infrared sauna was nice but I felt customer service and information giving side was lacking

All ice bath room bookings are 15 minutes in duration. Spend 0-3 minutes cold plunging with time after to shower and dress. Experienced users can plunge for longer, once staff are consulted.
