Coach is shared amongst clients for 60 minutes.
Boxing training consist of: Warm up, 4 rounds mitts work, equipment drills (e.g., heavy bag, speed ball, double end ball), circuit training if requested, then cooldown stretching.

For Private 1 on 1 Booking:

Clients must provide a contact number and contact the gym in order to confirm and finalize the Booking. 

If the gym was unable to speak to the client prior to the appointed session, the appointment will not be reserved.

Clients may pay Online via Gcash, by calling the gym. 

10 minutes is considered late and transaction appointment session will be voided.
If the Client is going to be late, please call early at least 1 hour prior to appointment so the gym can reschedule if needed.

No show - Gym will not honor future appointments unless Client who commit the no show pays in advance.
