I'm Sheenagh and the Dolls House is my little place of indulgence tucked away in Renwick with off street parking available. 
I'm a Nail Artist who loves colour and glitter but I'm also a perfectionist in the best of ways. I love the feeling of a new set of nails and the confidence and joy it can bring.
I focus on nail health and a quality service best suited to your nail goals and have a strong knowledge base to work from as an award winning nail technician for scoring 100% in the Theory of Nails from Monaco Nail Academy where I trained.

Gel Polish or BIAB

Hard Gel, SNS, Acrylic or Polygel 

Add 5 minutes of nail art to quickly elevate your set. Book this if you would like to add transfer foil, glitter, simple stamping, stickers or more than one colour of gel.

Nail Art - Just a little extra

If you break a nail, or rip the corner of it, pop a plaster over it until your next appointment and I can repair it for you! Using builder gel (and possibly IBX too) I will repair a crack so that nail matches.
This option is for the fix of a single nail, if you require more than 1 nail to be fixed, please book this service in for each nail that needs to be fixed :) 
The nail will be shaped, cuticles tidied, buffed and gel polish application with the colour of your choice! 
Finished with cuticle oil. 

Single Gel Polish Nail - Emergency Fix

If you break a nail, or rip the corner of it, pop a plaster over it until your next appointment and I can repair it for you! Using builder gel (and possibly IBX too) I will repair a crack so that nail matches.
This option is for the fix of a single nail, if you require more than 1 nail to be fixed, please book this service in for each nail that needs to be fixed :) 
The nail will be shaped, cuticles tidied, buffed and gel polish application with the colour of your choice!

Single Builder in a Bottle (BIAB) Nail - Emergency Fix

Gel polish is perfect if you’re looking for a chip free manicure that lasts 2+ weeks applied to your natural nails without enhancements. 

This service includes shaping of the natural nail, tidying the cuticles and applying your chosen shade of Gel Polish, finished with a relaxing hot towel, hydrating hand cream and nourishing cuticle oil. 

 ** Please note that this service does not include removal of previous product, you will need to add the appropriate removal option onto your booking for this.

Gel Polish Manicure

Structured Gel/Builder in a Bottle/BIAB manicures are suitable for you if you like your natural nail length but need support for weak/brittle/peeling/breaking nails. It can also be helpful for nail biters trying to grow their nails. 
BIAB ideally needs to be maintained 2-3 weekly. 

This manicure is everything a Gel Polish Manicure entails but with the application of structured ‘Builder in a Bottle’ gel before your gel colour.

** Please note this is for a fresh overlay, if you would like these backfilled, you will need to select the Builder in a Bottle (BIAB) backfill. Please note we only backfill product previously applied by us. 

**Please note if this is your first time switching to BIAB from another service such as Gel Polish or Dip/SNS, this does NOT include removal of that product – this needs to be booked separately

Builder in A Bottle (BIAB) Manicure

This is your option if you have had a Builder in a Bottle (BIAB) manicure in the last 4 weeks and the product was applied by me. 

This manicure is everything a Builder in a Bottle (BIAB) Manicure entails but with the backfilling of structured ‘Builder in a Bottle’ gel prior to the application of your gel colour. 

Ideally this is done every 2-3 weeks, but some people get 4+ weeks of wear from a properly backfilled structured manicure.

** Please note we only backfill products previously applied by us. If you have BIAB applied by another salon, please select the appropriate removal and application options for BIAB

** If you would like nail art, please select the option you would like in the nail art section 😊


Builder in a Bottle (BIAB) Backfill

Traditional polish is perfect if you’re looking for colour for a special occasion or need an alternative to gel polish due to allergies. 
This manicure option is also your go to if you want polish for under 14’s but want more than the quick application the Kids nail polish option provides. Keep in mind it won’t dry instantly and typically lasts 4-7 days. You can easily remove it at home. 

This service includes shaping, cuticle work, removal of previous traditional or gel polish, and application of a single colour of traditional Polish

** Please note this does not include removal of previous Dip/SNS, Builder Gel or any other enhancement product, this needs to be booked separately.

** While nail art is not an option with this service, French Tips can be hand painted. If you would like French Tips, please select the Nail Art Tier 1 option in the nail art section 😊


Traditional Polish Manicure

Something for the young ones (under 14) super quick application of a single plain colour to a child’s nails. There is no cuticle work or nail shaping included – for these you will need to book a Traditional Polish manicure 😊

Kids Nail Polish

A ‘natural’ manicure is suitable for you if want a manicured look without adding colour to your nails. It is also a great option for men wanting to look after their nails. 

This service includes shaping, cuticle work, and buffing the nails to a shine level that suits you.

** Please note this does not include removal of previous Dip/SNS, Builder Gel or any other enhancement product, this needs to be booked separately 😊


'Natural' Manicure - No colour applied

Select this option if you would like to have your BIAB removed completely and no product applied after.
Nails will be shaped, cuticles tidied and nails shined to a high shine before application of cuticle oil to finish the removal process.
 

 

Builder in a Bottle (BIAB) removal

Please select this option if you would like to have your Gel Polish removed with no further product applied. 
Nails will be shaped, cuticles tidied, nails shined to a high shine with cuticle oil applied.

** Please note this service is for gel polish applied by us. If you would like me to remove gel polish applied by another technician please advise prior the appointment

Natural Nail Services

Hard Gel is an alternative to Liquid and Powder (Acrylic) and is applied over your natural nail and is a stronger alternative to BIAB! 
For extensions rather than a structured layer, please select the Hard Gel Extensions option 

This service includes shaping of the natural nail, tidying the cuticles, 
 and structured application of Hard Gel to the existing nail length. 
This service is completed by applying your chosen shade of Gel Polish and is finished with a relaxing hot towel, hydrating hand cream and nourishing cuticle oil. 

** Please note that these are file off only. These are designed to be backfilled every 2-3 weeks! 

** Please note this is for a fresh overlay, if you would like these backfilled, you will need to select the Hard Gel backfill option and note we only backfill product previously applied by us

** Removal of previous product is not included

Hard Gel Overlay

This is your option if you want the strength of Hard Gel but want to extend the length of your natural nails. 

This manicure is everything the Hard Gel Overlay manicure entails but with extension of the natural nail length.

**Please note that this is a file off only product, so they should only be worn if these are going to be an ongoing treatment for you as they are designed to be backfilled every 2-3 weeks! 

**Please note this is for a fresh set of extensions, if you would like these backfilled, you will need to select the Hard Gel backfill option and note we only backfill product previously applied by us. 

** Please note that this service does not include removal of previous product, you will need to add the appropriate removal option onto your booking for this.

Hard Gel Extensions

This is your option if you have had a Hard Gel Overlay or Extensions in the last 4 weeks and the product was applied by me. 

This manicure is everything a Hard Gel Overlay or Extension manicure entails but with the Backfilling of structured Hard Gel prior to the application of gel colour. 

Ideally this is done every 2-3 weeks but some people get 4+ weeks of wear from a properly backfilled structured manicure.

** Please note we only backfill product previously applied by us. If you have Hard Gel applied by another salon please select the appropriate removal 
and application options.

Hard Gel Backfill

Soft Gel Extensions are stronger and longer-lasting than Acrylic and Hard Gel Extensions . They are preformed and adhered with a super strong gel product.  They flex, rarely break, feel more natural than acrylic, last 3-4 weeks, and don’t damage your nails as long as you have them soaked off.  

This service includes shaping of the natural nail, tidying the cuticles and application of Soft Gel Extensions. This service is completed by applying your chosen shade of Gel Polish and is finished with a relaxing hot towel, hydrating hand cream and nourishing cuticle oil. 
** Please note this is for a set of extensions applied to bare nails, if you would like to have a new set applied you will need to select the removal and reapplication option. 
** Please note that this service does not include removal of previous product, you will need to add the appropriate removal option onto your booking for this

Soft Gel Extensions (Arriving with Naked Nails)

This is the option if you already have Soft Gel Extensions on and want to continue with this. 

This service includes removal of the previous set of soft gel extensions, shaping of the natural nail, tidying the cuticles, sizing and reapplication of Soft Gel Extensions. This service is completed by applying your chosen shade of Gel Polish and is finished with a relaxing hot towel, hydrating hand cream and nourishing cuticle oil. 

** Please note that the available styles are long with the exception of round nails – they are not suitable for people who want very shorts nails at this time.

Removal and Reapplication of Soft Gel Extensions 

This is your option if you want to extend the length of your natural nails using Liquid and Powder also known as Acrylic. 
This service includes shaping of the natural nail, tidying the cuticles, structured application of Liquid and Powder while extending the length of the nail to your preferred length. This service is completed by applying your chosen shade of Gel Polish and is finished with a relaxing hot towel, hydrating hand cream and nourishing cuticle oil. 
**Please note that these are designed to be backfilled every 2-3 weeks! 

**Please note this is for a fresh set of extensions, if you would like these backfilled, you will need to select the Liquid and Powder backfill option and note we only backfill product previously applied by us. 
** Please note that this service does not include removal of previous product, you will need to add the appropriate removal option onto your booking.

Liquid and Powder (Acrylic) Extensions

This is your option if you have had Liquid and Powder (Acrylic) Extensions in the last 4 weeks and the product was applied by me. 

This manicure is everything the Liquid and Powder Extension manicure entails but with the Backfilling of structured Liquid and Powder prior to the application of gel colour. 

Ideally this is done every 2-3 weeks but some people get 4+ weeks of wear from a properly backfilled structured manicure.

Liquid and Powder (Acrylic) Backfill

This option is only for the safe removal of a set of Soft Gel Extensions applied by me. 

This service includes removal of the previous set of soft gel extensions, shaping of the natural nail, and tidying the cuticles. This service is completed by buffing the nails to a high shine and is finished with a relaxing hot towel, hydrating hand cream and nourishing cuticle oil. 

** Please note this is for removal of the extensions only, please book the new service you would like if you would like to change products used.


Soft Gel Extension Removal (without reapplication)

This option is for the fix of a single nail with a Soft Gel Extension, if you require more than 1 nail to be fixed, please book this service in for each nail that needs to be fixed :) 
The nail will be shaped, cuticles tidied, a new soft gel extension applied, buffed and gel polish application with the colour of your choice and finished with cuticle oil. 

Single Soft Gel Extension - Emergency Fix 

This option is for the fix of a single nail with a Hard Gel Extension, if you require more than 1 nail to be fixed, please book this service in for each nail that needs to be fixed. 
Please note if this nail has broken, or chipped within 5 days of application, this nail fix will be free! 
The nail will be shaped, cuticles tidied, a new soft gel extension applied, buffed and gel polish application with the colour of your choice and finished with cuticle oil. 


Single Hard Gel Nail - Emergency Fix 

This option is for removal of Hard Gel previously applied by us.
As per all removal services nails will be shaped, cuticles tidied and will be finished to a high shine, followed by cuticle oil.

This is the next level from simply adding a little extra colour or glitter offered in the basic nail art option.

Book this for a full set of French tips, swirls, flowers, marble, a complex feature nail or other method that takes a little more time to create.

We all need quiet time sometimes, I know I do. Add this option if you want to put your headphones in and block out the world or just chill in silence without having to ask at the time of appointment.
I just ask for 5 minutes of your time for consultation so we are on the same page of what you want from your service then its your time to relax without pressure of talking

Silent Appointment 

If you break a nail, or rip the corner of it, and don’t want to book in for a repair between sets just pop a plaster over it until your next appointment and I can repair it for you using the best product option for your nail set so it matches in terms of shape and length!

This option is for the fix of a single nail as an add-on to your usual service, if you require more than 1 nail to be repaired, please book this service in for each nail that needs to be fixed. 

Please note if this nail has broken, or chipped within 5 days of application, this nail fix will be free!

Nail Repairs

Treat yourself to a revitalizing hand scrub and relaxing massage after your service followed by the standard hot towel and cuticle oil.

**Please note I do not use water in the form of soaking bowls for my deluxe treatments, I prefer to use hot towels as they are more hygienic and will help with the retention time of your service.

Deluxe Upgrade

Add Ons

A strengthening nail treatment that penetrates into the nail plate, and repairs the nail from inside out, using Jojoba and Avocado Oil. 

This treatment is perfect for anyone who: 
- has damaged nails 
- has brittle or thin nails 
- has damage on their nails from other nail enhancements 
- wants to strengthen their nails 
- wants to extend the longevity of their existing nail enhancements

We will discuss the frequency of treatment during your appointment as this is dependent on the extent of the damage to your nails but could be every 1-3 weeks.

If this treatment is not an add on to another nail service the treatment will include a shape, cuticle tidy, application of IBX finished with a high shine buff and nourishing cuticle oil! 

** This treatment can be added onto any removal appointment or application of any Gel Polish or Nail Enhancement service! ** 





IBX Rehab Treatment

Select this option if you are wanting to add IBX Rehab as an Add On to another Nail service you are booking.

IBX rehab as an Add On to another service 

Have you already had an IBX Rehab Treatment done recently? If you have then this is the IBX option you need for ongoing maintenance after the initial appointment.

IBX is a strengthening nail treatment that penetrates into the nail plate, and repairs the nail from inside out, using Jojoba and Avocado Oil. 

This treatment is perfect for anyone who: 
- has damaged nails 
- has brittle or thin nails 
- has damage on their nails from other nail enhancements
