Indian Head Massage dates back centuries, originating in India as part of the ancient alternative medicine system, ‘Ayurveda’. This massage practice encompasses both slow, soft and relaxing strokes alongside fast, energising and revitalising movements.
This combination is to both relax and allow for any stagnant energy to be released. It is believed by opening chakras we allow for the movement of any imbalances and blockages; restoring flow throughout the body. Focused on relieving tension in the shoulder, neck, head and face through pressure point and traditional massage techniques, this treatment is ideal for those seeking to restore balance to the mind, body and spirit.

This treatment takes place seated on a chair, wrapped in a towel as opposed to laying down on a traditional massage bed. Your treatment includes a neck, shoulder, head and face massage. You must be comfortable sitting on a chair for 35 minutes. 

All clients will receive a Chai tea bag to take and brew at home.

Feet are cleansed with warm mitts, skin is nourished using a luxury foot mask, feet are wrapped in warm towels. 

Concluded with a soothing callus foot balm application and massage.
