Sharn has a gift for uncovering a persons underlined issues and knowing exactly how to address them. I walk away feeling not only relaxed but relieved of any discomfort I came in with. Super professional and communicative. You’re in safe hands. 

I sustained a running injury and saw Sharn for this. It's also a stressful time of year and she was able to do some work that was more like physio or sports massage AND make the end of my treatment relaxing. I now come for a destress or targeted muscle work but love how we can address both in one appointment instead of choosing one stlye of massage per appointment.

This treatment can benefit mental and physical health as well as pain and movement issues. The duration includes a quick consult to determine your treatment plan. Every treatment is adjusted to your specific physical and mental health conditions, or how you are feeling on the day.

75 minute appointment

Combined techniques of Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, myofascial release, and PNF depending on your needs. This treatment can benefit mental and physical health as well as pain and movement issues. The duration includes a quick consult to determine your treatment plan. Every treatment is adjusted to your specific needs.

90 minute appointment

1 hour and 15 minutes - Note the app shows duration as 1hr45 but this includes blocked time to set up and clean between appointments. Experience targeted relief for sore, tight muscles with deep pressure and stretching techniques designed for athletes and active individuals. This focused treatment is stimulating and supports muscle recovery and circulation, but may not benefit mental health or other body systems. Allow at least 2 days before intense activity or important events. Not suitable if you are stressed, exhausted, or have trouble sleeping.
