Your treatment begins with a gentle aura cleanse using palo santo, inviting you to settle into stillness with a few cleansing breaths – releasing tension and letting go. You’ll rest on a warm, heated treatment bed, designed for ultimate comfort.

✨ A foot cleanse ritual follows, washing away stagnant energy and preparing you for deep relaxation.

The 90-minute full body massage then begins, flowing from head to toe with nurturing, rhythmic strokes. Your experience also includes:

SHIRODHARA – A Reset for Your Mind

An ancient Ayurvedic therapy to calm, balance, and restore. 
Your treatment begins with an aura cleanse and anointing of blue lotus oil at your third eye chakra, we then start with an Marma energy point massage at the third eye, scalp, and chest. 
A gentle stream of warm Ayurvedic oil, chosen for your dosha, flows onto the forehead and scalp for twenty to thirty minutes to quieten the mind and deeply relax the nervous system.

The ritual is enhanced with feathered strokes
 hot stones or herbal compresses, massaging your hands, arm, chest and neck
 a Kansa wand is used in your facial massage
Then cooling eye rollers are used around your eyes and Marma points 
A head massage with Ayurvedic tools, 
and an Om frequency tuning fork for energetic harmony. 
To complete your treatment enjoy a Third Eye Chakra herbal tea or bottled water if preferred.

SHIRODHARA 

Pinda Sweda – Herbal Poultice Massage

A deeply nourishing Ayurvedic treatment using warm herbal poultices (pindas) to soothe the body, calm the mind, and ease tension.
 Your session begins with gentle massage techniques, followed by rhythmic compressions using cotton poultices filled with healing Ayurvedic herbs, warmed in therapeutic oils.
 The heat and herbs penetrate deeply into muscles and joints, helping to relieve stiffness, improve circulation, and support detoxification.

This treatment leaves the body feeling lighter, more flexible, and rebalanced, while the soothing warmth promotes deep relaxation and a sense of inner calm. ✨

PINDA SWEDA ( herbal compress massage )

Kansa wand facial is a deeply grounding  restorative Ayurvedic facial incorporating the kansa wand tool, this is known for its healing & ph balancing properties, helping to leave the skin visibly lifted & glowing.

Treatment begins with a lotus oil anointing to your 3rd eye & pulse points to help centre the breath & calm the mind.
Enjoy a double cleanse, steam & warm towels to purify & prepare the skin.
Heated stones are used on the chest & face to open your energy flow before the kansa wand is used in soothing circular motions to lift, tone & rebalance.
A further light cleanse follows to remove excess oil. Then a hydration face mask is applied & whilst this sets you will receive a hand & arm massage to release tension.
A facial serum & moisturiser are then applied to your skin & a blissful scalp massage with Marma point activation. 
The ritual closes with the sacred om tuning fork frequency to harmonise the nervous system & restores energetic alignment.

KANSA WAND FACIAL

AYURVEDIC TREATMENTS

Indulge in a deeply relaxing Ayurvedic Indian head massage, 
( this can be infused with reiki energy healing this is optional.)

The treatment begins were you will be laying face down on a treatment bed, were I start with a soothing full back massage using a combination of flowing strokes, kneading & focused pressure point techniques to relieve tension & promote energy flow. 
From here I flow the massage up into your head   & massage the back of your scalp
We then move onto the front of your body to your chest, neck, face & scalp were you will receive a relaxing massage, key Marma points are gently stimulated to encourage healing & emotional release & a pressure point facial massage with lymphatic drainage techniques to reduce puffiness, support detoxification & leave your skin looking refreshed & radiant.

This nurturing treatment is ideal for relieving headaches, stress, tension, & emotional overwhelm, leaving you grounded, rebalanced & renewed.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Hopi ear candling is a deeply relaxing treatment .which begins with natural ear candles placed individually into your ears. 
This creates a soothing, calming sensation with the warmth of the candle and the crackling of the flame. 
This helps to ease ear & sinus pressure and helps to promote a sense of balance and clarity.
A soothing pressure point & lymphatic drainage facial massage follows to encourage a natural detox process, reducing puffiness helping to relieve sinus pressure & any facial tension.
