Attended an event, which was great. But the room was squishy, too many people in a small space. And the front desk staff were chatting very loudly during the event which was super distracting and rude. It was a sound bath! And I couldn’t focus on the sound healer with all the front desk chatter. 

This evening is designed to help you release the mental and emotional weight of the past year, recalibrate your mental, physical and emotional bodies to restore balance in your system.

What to expect:

- Meditation to calm the nervous system, open the heart and enhance intuitive knowing
- Group Hypnotherapy Journey to release stored tension and access clarity for the year ahead
