Deep tissue massage is therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Specially helpful for chronic aches and pains in specific areas such as neck, upper back, lower, and shoulders. I will use a firmer pressure but I will be sure to check in with what feels good for you.

This is a beautiful treatment for expectant mothers, designed to help you relax from head to bump. Using gentle strokes with pressure to suit you. I will help improve your overall well-being, and help with any little ache and pains you may be experiencing

Swedish Prenatal Massage 🤰 No face or bump mask 

45 mins is great if you have a longer lunch break or prefer to not be lying down for so long. Still as affective as the longer massages I can get to work on a specific niggle you may have!

Back, neck, shoulder massage 

Full body massage 

Perfect for those desk workers on a lunch break and need a quick but extremely affective release of tension in the back, neck and shoulders!
