Enjoy a relaxing reflexology treatment on your face. Using light pressure on different reflex points we can stimulate the body's healing mechanism, help improve circulation, nerve conduction and encourage the release of toxins from the body. This helps bring the body and mind back in to a better place of balance.

Ear seeding comes from TCM and uses seeds to create pressure on reflex points on the ear, think acupuncture but no needles!

These seeds are applied using small plaster sand remain of the ears for 3 - 5 days. During that time you will gently massage the seeds to stimulate the reflex and in turn encourage the body to heal itself.

We can use the seeds to target:-

Anxiety 
Migraines 
Digestive issues 
Hormonal balance.

Take as a stand alone treatment or combine with facial or foot reflexology.

Through a 4 stage process combining a sequence of therapeutic essential oils from doTERRA, acupressure and massage movements we will support your body through:

* Encouraging the nervous system to move from stress to rest
* Changing your immune systems priorities
* Reducing pain and inflammation
* Encouraging your body back into a place of balance

Think computer re-boot, we turn it off and switch it back on. AromaTouch is your body’s re-boot, we change the bodies priorities from the sympathetic nervous system (think fight or flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (think deep relaxation and sleep) 


AromaTouch

Stress and tension in the body often shows itself in our back and shoulders. Help release that tension with a relaxing massage taking in your back, neck and shoulders. 

If the lower back is the problem area we can also look at adding in the gluteal muscles.
