Holistic Reset was founded by Des Kenny, a Holistic Therapist with a degree in Sports and Exercise. Following an injury that ended his rugby career in 2013, Des experienced the profound effects of stress on both body and mind. Now, he combines science with holistic medicine and guided meditation to help you heal and reset, addressing the whole person for a balanced, healthier life.
