At the owner's discretion: detangling and braid/twist down of natural hair after braid removal, may be offered as complimentary

This service was the absolute best! I HATE taking down my braids and so I really appreciated this service. It usually takes hours for me to take my braids down and Essential E took them down in under 2 hours!! And I had small braids! She also combed out my sisters locs! This makes me feel good about getting braids knowing that I don’t have to worry about taking them
