Toners are a great way to maintain your colour in between services. Toners change the colour of your bleach highlights they also leave your hair feeling and looking silky too. 
You can tone blonde down but you can not lift blonde to a higher level.

My prices are based on the length of regrowth anything more than 1 inch is an additional cost.

A half head of highlights is a great way to give a fresh new look and great way to start, If your new to highlights and there’s lots of different techniques to suit you requirements.
