 A refill is when your nail extensions (Polygel) is maintained by filling in the gap between your natural nail and the extension that has grown out. Usually done every 2–3 weeks to keep nails looking fresh. If more than 3–4 nails have are broken or missing it is considered a new set.

A rebalance is when your existing nail extensions are reshaped and adjusted to restore proper weight distribution, alignment, and structure. Usually recommended every 3–4 weeks, depending on nail growth and wear. A rebalance is suitable when all or most nails are intact, but the set has grown out or needs structural adjustment. If more than 4 nails are missing or damaged, a new set is required.

Removal 

Acrylic is carefully soaked in acetone and gently filed to protect your natural nails. Because of the strength of acrylic, the process can be more time-consuming than gel removals.

Foreign Soak-off (ACRYLIC)

Not all Polygel can be removed by soaking in acetone. Some sets need to be carefully filed off for removal.

Polygel Soak/File-Off

Gel-X nail extensions can be safely removed by soaking in acetone, which gently dissolves the gel without damaging your natural nails.
