45 minute session but the time we got in and changed the clock was down to 36 minutes although staff did reset it back to 45 minutes for us 

Great sauna, lovely clean room with plenty of space to shower and get changed. The free sunbed is also a bonus. 

We definitely recommend very nice and chilled

Tried lots of infrared saunas and this one is amazing.
Beautiful setting, nice clean shower in your own private room. Water and towels also provided. 10/10
