Can't rate her highly enough. Very knowledgeable and informative. Really listens to what you feel is troubling you physically and tries to get to the bottom of the issue. Left with instructions on what I can do at home to help myself. Booked in for a second session straight away

I went to Emma's restorative yoga session and after that I had Thai massage treatment. I truly had the most amazing experience. Emma has a truly calming presence and a natural gift for helping you release tension and reconnect with yourself. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful, nurturing, and tailored to exactly what I needed. I walked away feeling physically renewed and mentally uplifted.The combination of yoga and Thai massage left me feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and re-energised. Thank you Emma 🫶🏼🙏🏼

A lovely relaxed environment for mums and babies. Each mums physical abilities were thoughtfully incorporated into the positions and adapted so everyone could fully participate. I loved how babies were included in movements and plenty of close bonding encouraged. We look forward to the next one xx
