He believes strongly in patient partnership; mixing a hands-on approach with exercise and information to give the patient power to achieve their treatment goals; whether that's getting pain free, returning to sports or injury prevention as you reach for that next training target.

FIVE STARS! I have had many great osteo sessions with Alfie, who is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and has a great way of explaining how the body works in a way that is easy to understand. Would highly reccommend.
