Energy Therapy Session 

Tiny humans, big feelings? We’ve got this! In just 30 minutes, we’ll use kinesiology, reiki, colour therapy, sound therapy, and a sprinkle of magic to help kids feel calmer, brighter, and more balanced.

It’s a gentle, fun way to support sleep, help with emotional regulation, ease anxiety, boost self-esteem, and help them tune into their own amazing selves. Because little bodies notice big energy - and sometimes they need a tiny reset too!

Kids Energy Session 

Specifically for our teenagers (13-18 years old) who are struggling with exams pressure and the stress of being a teenager in our modern society. This session involves a combination of reiki, kinesiology and guided meditation and I work specifically to help regulate their nervous system as well as give them some tools in their toolbox to help with the anxiety and overwhelm. 

A session runs for around 50mins to an hour

Feeling out of sync? Let’s get your body, mind, and nervous system talking nicely again. A full hour of kinesiology to balance, reset, and leave you feeling… well, like yourself again.

In this hour, we’ll work with your body to find where tension, imbalance, or overwhelm is hanging out. Using kinesiology plus a mix of fun tools—essential oils, plant medicine, chromotherapy, sound therapy, and more—we’ll help your nervous system, your body and your emotions settle into harmony.

Think of it as a full-body tune-up: personalised, hands-on, and designed to leave you lighter, calmer, and ready to take on life feeling… well, more like you!

It’s no secret that mums and their children have a special bond.

The mother-child energy cord is unique because it is formed in utero and has a physical base. It mirrors the umbilical cord, in that it connects a mother’s sacral chakra with her child’s sacral chakra. This means a mother’s creative and emotional energy (both linked to the sacral chakra) are directly linked to her child’s will, personal power, and mental constructs. It’s important to understand that our children can also only be as regulated as their primary caregiver - mama that’s you! How’s your nervous system feeling? Because our energies are so intertwined it makes sense to run sessions together. 

A session is done in person only and takes between and hour and an hour and 15 minutes. It incorporates a combination of reiki, kinesiology, essential oils, crystal healing and sounding healing. 

Each session is for one adult and one child only. There are no age restrictions.

Mum and Child Energy Session 

Did you know that energy therapy works for animals as well as us humans!! Energy therapy for animals can promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. Animals, like humans, can experience emotional and physical imbalances caused by trauma, illness, or environmental changes. Techniques such as Reiki, kinesiology, or other energy modalities can help calm nervous systems, ease pain, and improve behavioral issues. Energy therapy is non-invasive and works alongside veterinary care to enhance healing, making it particularly beneficial for anxious, aging, or recovering animals. It fosters a deeper connection between animals and their caregivers, contributing to improved emotional health and trust.
