The pressures and stresses of life and work can weigh us down. Massage is a means to counterbalance against those work and domestic stressors. For far too many of us, stiffness and pain have become such a way of life to which we are accustomed to and it is often not until we receive massage which is relieving that we realize that we are in pain and discomfort. Massage can help us discover how it feels to be more relaxed and in tune with our bodies, allow us to notice when things don't feel right and experience the joy of a body that can breathe, stand and move freely.
