At SSFIT, I am utilising this space a space where kids can grow stronger, move with confidence, and fall in love with fitness. all within a environment designed just for them. Our venue features two large Astra rooms ideal for dynamic movement-based classes, dance, and athletic development, as well as a dedicated strength room where we introduce safe, age-appropriate strength training that builds physical literacy and body confidence from an early age.
