Dry brushing is an Ayurvedic practice that involves exfoliating the body with a brush that has coarse, natural bristles. A great add on for extra relaxation, exfoliation and lymphatic drainage.

Hot Stone Massage includes the use of smooth, heated stones. The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles while they are being massaged. Either Relaxation or Deep Tissue Massage.Hot Stone benefits from applying heat to the muscles for better muscle relaxation and comfort. After a single session, you’ll hopefully start to find relieve in any tense or achy muscles. Hot Stone Therapy is a Luxurious addition to any session!

A CBD Massage is a massage that uses CBD oils and mixtures to promote relaxation, pain relief, better sleep and other health benefits. CBD is Non-Addictive and Non-Psychoactive.

Thai Massage is a bit different than a Traditional Massage. Unlike your typical massage, you are completely dressed so you should wear relaxed clothing. (yoga pants, sweat pants ect.) 
You will be lying comfortably on your preference of the massage table or a Thai Massage Futon during the whole session. 
I will then go through a series of stretches to help stretch and relax you. I also do some traction and trigger point work.
Traction is when I give a nice tug to an arm or leg and hold for a moment.
Trigger point is finding those spots that need a little more work and helping to release them with some pressure. Thai massage is also referred to as Lazy Mans Yoga-because you relax while I put you into yoga like positions. 
I work the whole body from your toes to the top of your head. When the massage is over you should feel relax, and rejuvenated!
