This session can also include kinesiology taping for bump support – helping to reduce strain on the lower back and pelvis, support posture, and ease pressure as your body adapts.

Suitable throughout pregnancy (after 12 weeks), with positioning and techniques adapted for your comfort and stage.

K Taping / Strapping

A focused injury assessment to help identify the cause of your pain, restriction, or dysfunction. This session includes a detailed movement screen, clinical testing, and discussion of your training and injury history. You’ll receive a working diagnosis (where appropriate) and a personalised rehab or management plan tailored to your goals.
