Anyone on medication such as; blood thinning drugs, diuretics, barbiturates, beta blockers or some over the counter drugs (this is not an exhaustive list).  If you are taking any medication, please consult your doctor before using the sauna. 
Anyone who has consumed alcohol or any other stimulants. 
Anyone who is feeling unwell or is potentially dehydrated
Anyone prone to fainting or dizziness.
