Elements Bodywork is a massage therapy studio based just outside Sheffield city centre. Our focus is on modern massage therapy. Treatment techniques are familiar to your previous experiences but the theory behind their function is based on up to date knowledge of the body’s sensory systems. Booking a massage at Elements Bodywork is a collaborative process between you and your therapist, each treatment is bespoke and responds to your needs on each occasion. Your treatment is guided by the client rather than the therapist telling you what you need.
