I am a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist, the highest level of qualification, trained at the Gaia School of Natural Health. With a passion for supporting clients dealing with anxiety and stress-related issues, I help restore balance and calm through natural healing methods. I am fully trained in reflexology for a range of concerns, including fertility, menopause, palliative care, musculoskeletal issues, and emotional support. Additionally, I specialize in hand reflexology and am a proud Member of the Association of Reflexologists.
