This nurturing space offers calm, comfort, and complete privacy — a place where you can truly rest, rebalance, and reconnect. Here, you’ll find expert care for body, mind, and soul — from deep relaxation to pain relief and injury recovery. Services include sports & remedial massage (Level 4 qualified/insured), facial massage, boutique experiences, and seasonal wellbeing retreats, workshops, and events. The Retreat is also home to Balanced & Blissed holistic coaching & mentoring
