Sports therapy is designed for clients who want to address specific issues such as pain, limited range of movement, or injury recovery. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and focuses on targeted muscle groups to provide effective relief and improved function.

Your first appointment will include a comprehensive postural assessment to identify underlying imbalances and guide your treatment plan. To achieve lasting results, sports therapy is best delivered as a course of sessions, with follow-up treatments scheduled based on your progress and specific needs.

During the sessions, I use a variety of techniques, including sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, myofascial dry cupping, soft tissue mobilisation, soft tissue release, muscle energy techniques, and deep transverse friction. This multi-modal approach helps reduce pain, restore mobility, and support recovery.

Sports Massage is a Deep Tissue Massage. It is for those that want to address tension, to aid in injury prevention and for relaxation and general well being.

Alice is a fully qualified pregnancy massage and can look after all your needs.
You must have reached your second trimester to come for a pregnancy massage, for the safety of your baby.

This is a gorgeous Light Touch Treatment for those having cancer and needing support in their recovery journey.
Oncology massage is activating the relaxation response of the body and is helping reducing anxiety, nausea and helps with pain management.

Cupping & Massage Treatment
This 30-minute treatment combines dry cupping and massage to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce pain. We will focus either on the legs or the back to provide the most effective care.

Dry cupping increases blood flow and helps release tight muscles and toxins. When paired with massage, it enhances tissue release and mobility by targeting different layers simultaneously.

Each session is tailored to your needs using a variety of soft tissue techniques.

Please note: Cupping may leave temporary marks for up to 10 days, which is a normal part of the healing process.

This treatment combines dry cupping and massage to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce pain. Using both techniques together lets me work on two areas at once, providing deeper and faster relief.

Dry cupping therapy

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage treatment stimulating the circulation of lymph fluid around the body. The stimulation of the massage helps to speed up the removal of wastes and toxins.
It helps with swelling, especially after an injury or surgery, it gives a boost to the immune system and is an extremely relaxing treatment.
