Made from 100% cotton and bees wax. There's a filter in the bottom of the candle preventing unburnt candle from dropping into the ear. Also, a safety line around base of candle indicator for removal of lit candle. Included in purchase is an ear protector and leaflet with full instructions on how to use the candle.
