I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a lovelier first waxing experience. I’d made myself feel sick with nerves all week, but within minutes of meeting Izzy I felt completely at ease. She is one of those people who is just as gorgeous on the inside as she is on the outside, so warm, kind and amazing at what she does. I had everything done and I honestly couldn’t believe how little it hurt! She made something I was absolutely dreading SUCH a lovely experience. I walked out feeling so relaxed and wondering what on earth I’d been scared of. Officially a converted waxer, all because of Izzy 🤍
