I’m Sports Massage Therapist qualified by St Mary’s University and an active athlete with a degree in Dance from Roehampton University.Training from a young age across multiple disciplines has given me a strong understanding of how muscles work and of athletes’ needs. I believe that massage not only helps prevent injuries and improve flexibility, but also plays an important role in reducing stress
