Using Reiki & various gentle, sacred & vibrational transmissions of energy, she assists you in connecting with your inner self & your physical body to initiate its intrinsic knowledge of self-balance & healing. Elaine offers one-on-one Reiki appointments, Reiki training to all levels and Reiki-infused guided meditation sessions.
